The Amankora Hotel Paro is located in the high mountain valleys of Bhutan. It is a 30-minute drive from Paro airport and complimentary arrival and departure transfers is available. Guest can visit the 17th century ruins of Drukyel Dzong.

There are 24 suites at the Amankora Hotel Paro. The suites feature king- size beds, natural rammed-earth walls, traditional bukhari (wood-burning stove), gently sloping roofs, wood-paneled interiors and a large Terrazzo-clad bath.

The lodge is situated 2,250 meters above sea level. It is a a mix of rustic and contemporary designs with a view of Mount Jumolhari. The Amankora Hotel Paro offers Western and Indian food, library, sauna, steam room, five treatment rooms with hot stone baths, changing rooms and a glass-walled yoga suite.
